She is the only doll I ever entered in a show as I was too busy making and selling dolls. Since moving to the USA in 1991 I've ceased making dolls. Unfortunately time doesn't permit this luxury now. Have now returned to beautiful Australia [October, 2002]. Still don't have time! Our house was leased and is in a terrible state. Will take a long time to repair the damage. |

The dolls on this page were made by me from the pouring process through to the dressing of the dolls. The only item I didn't make is the crocheted beret on Robie. The little shoes were crocheted by me. The beret I found too difficult for my limited crocheting skills. Tynie Babe has glass eyes, Robie's are painted. |
I won a Blue Ribbon (First) for the little doll on the left at the Sydney Doll Show. She is 4 1/4" tall. I also made her mohair wig and clothing. Her dress & knickers were knitted, her hat crocheted with silk thread. |
